How coaching works

Every coaching journey is unique — it’s shaped around you, your goals, and what you need most right now.

We begin with a free introductory telephone conversation, where we’ll talk about what’s brought you to coaching, what you’d like to focus on, and how we can work together. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat to see if coaching feels like the right fit for you.

If you decide to continue, we’ll agree on a series of sessions, usually lasting between 60 and 90 minutes, held either online or in person. Each session is a confidential space for you to think, reflect, and explore new perspectives. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and help you find clarity in your own thinking.

Between sessions, you might notice shifts in how you see things, make decisions, or approach challenges. Coaching often creates small but meaningful changes that grow over time.
